$120.45 + $12.05 GST = $132.50 per month

- 24sqm (approx 6 x 4 metres)
- 3.5 metres high
Calendar Month Rent
$191.59 + 19.16 GST = $210.75 per month

- One month minimum storage required
- $50 security bond required with first month's rent at sign up
- 14 days written notice to be given before termination of storage agreement
- All goods are stored at the risk of the customer & the customer must take responsibility for insuring any goods that are stored
-The customer will not store any goods that are flammable or dangerous & of a wasting or of a decomposing nature. E.g. petrol, oil etc.
- The customer must sweep out the storage area at the end of the tenancy & remove any rubbish
- The customer is responsible for any rodent baits that may be required in the storage area
